Chicken rolls with bell pepper and olives

Prepare delicious rolls of chicken fillet stuffed with feta, baked bell peppers, herbs and olives.


● Chicken fillets — 2 pieces.
● Feta — 60g.,
● Bell peppers — 30g.,
● Oliveswithout pits — 6 pcs.,
● Salt and pepper to taste,
● Ground paprika to taste,
● Vegetable oil for frying,
● Chopped fresh herbs — 2 tablespoons.


1. Chicken fillet wash, beat off between two sheets of food film. Season with salt and pepper.

2. The Bell pepper pre-bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then shift into the bag and let soak for 5 minutes, then remove the skin and cut the flesh. On the chicken fillets lay crushed herbs, olives, cheese and pepper.

3. Using food film roll each fillet in roll, edge seal with toothpicks. Season with salt and pepper and season with ground paprika. Fry the rolls on all sides in a frying pan.

4. Then shift into a baking dish and send in a preheated 190 degree oven for 8 minutes.

5. Serve the rolls of chicken with rice and steamed vegetables.
