Chicken pastrami



● 400g chicken breast,
● 250ml milk,
● 1 tsp salt.


● Sweet ground paprika 2 tsp.,
● Spicy smoked paprika 0.5 tsp.,
● 1/4 tsp turmeric,
● Minced 1/5 tsp cumin,
● Ground nutmeg 1/4 tsp.


● Garlic 2 cloves,
● Liquid honey 2 tsp.,
● Light soy sauce 1 tsp.,
● Olive oil 2 tbsp.


I have had 2 breast 200 gr. In a glass of milk to dissolve the salt. Breasts rinse under running water and put in a bowl. Pour into a bowl of milk with chicken breasts with salt, close the foil and put into the refrigerator overnight. Mix the crushed garlic, honey, add soy sauce and olive oil. This mixture smear the chicken breasts and leave for 30 minutes. Then the breast tightly with string tie.
Preheat oven to 250 C and bake for 20 minutes.
