Chicken Cutlets with Vegetables

Chicken cutlets with vegetables are a tasty and budget dish. Vegetables give juicy meat to the cutlets. Useful and very tasty!


● Chicken breast — 600 grams,
● Cauliflower — 300 grams,
● Bell pepper — 1 pc.,
● Hard cheese — 70-80 grams,
● Egg — 2 pieces,
● Sour cream — 2 tablespoons,
● Flour — 2 tablespoons,
● Green onions — a small bunch,
● Parsley,
● Salt and ground pepper — to taste.


1. Chicken fillet cut into small cubes, bell pepper also, chop finely.
2. Disassemble cauliflower on the inflorescences and boil in salted water for 5 minutes, drain water, cut cauliflower into small cubes. Add chopped greens.
3. Grate cheese on a large grater, add eggs, sour cream, flour, salt and ground pepper.
4. Stir well forcemeat, cover and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
5. Get the mince from the refrigerator. Wet hands in cold water and mold medium sized cutlets.
6. Fry them in vegetable oil from both sides on a small heat until golden brown.
7. Fold the finished cutlets in a saucepan, close the lid and let them stand for 5 minutes.
8. You can serve with any side dish or vegetable salad.
