● Chicken thighs — 4 pcs. (770g),
● Lemon — 0,25 pcs.,
● Dried basil — 1 tbsp.,
● Garlic — 6 cloves,
● Salt is large — 1-1.5 tsp.,
● Pepper — 0,5 tsp.,
● Olive oil — 4 tbsp.

On the dough (200g):

● Flour,
● Water,
● Salt,
● Olive oil.


1. First we make a dressing for the chicken: chop the garlic and mix it with basil, salt, pepper, pour in the oil. If there is a mortar, grind it. I like to buy the top of chicken legs, there is tender meat and there are a lot of it, but there are not many stones.
2. Mine, we dry them and rub on all sides with a mixture. While we roll out the dough (any suitable, puff, yeast, pelmeno) into a thin layer and transfer with a greased Teflon form (22 cm). The bottom decided not to puncture, so that the juice did not leak and did not burn!
3. We transfer pieces of chicken to the dough, between them semicircles of a lemon.
4. At the edges of the dough, patch and walk along the edge with a brush and butter.
5. We put the bake for 45-50 minutes at 180 C. In the process, I from the bottom collected collected juices and poured from above.
6. Let it stand in the off oven. Who in the oven has a «grill» function can be turned on at the end.
7. Get a thin thin pizza with a portion of a tender and fragrant chicken. Even the lemon turned out like a grill.
