● Sugar — 6 tablespoons,
● Butter — 100g.,
● Semolina — 3 tbsp.,
● Cottage cheese — 750g.,
● Zest of one lemon,
● Bright raisins — 2 handfuls,
● Canned pineapple — 1 can,
● Sugar powder.


1. Whisk eggs and 4 tablespoons sugar.
2. Add the melted butter and semolina, mix. Then add cottage cheese and grated lemon zest, mix again thoroughly.
3. Add the washed raisins. Grease the baking mold with oil, lay out the cottage cheese mass.
4. Place the pieces of pineapple on top, sprinkle with the remaining sugar. Bake for 40-45 minutes in a preheated oven to 180 ° C.
