Cheesecake in Microwave for 5 minutes

Everyone’s favorite dessert is now prepared in a few minutes in a ceramic cup.


• Cream cheese 100g.,
• Sugar 2 tbsp.,
• Vanilla extract 3 drops,
• Butter 1 tbsp.,
• Sweet crackers 2 handfuls,
• Raspberry for decoration.


1. Melt butter. Lubricate a small amount of oil form, which will prepare a cheesecake.

2. Crush the crackers in the crumb, mix with the remaining oil, put it in a mold and press it lightly.

3. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.

4. Transfer the cheese to the base of the biscuit and smooth it.

5. Bake in a microwave oven at 50% capacity, from time to time opening the door and checking the availability of cheesecake.

6. Cool in the freezer for about half an hour.

7. Carry a knife along the edges of the form, separating the cheesecake, turn over with a plate, decorate with raspberries and serve immediately.
