Cheese pizza at home



● Yeast dough for thin pizza — 500g,
● Hard cheese — 150g,
● Eggs — 3 pcs,
● Milk — 100 ml,
● Tomato sauce — 50g,
● Olive oil — 2 tbsp,
● Black pepper, oregano, and salt to taste.


First we need to roll out the dough thinly, thus forming a circular pizza base and shift it on a greased nasty bend edge.

Next, we need cheese to grate a medium-sized. Beat eggs with milk, add the cheese and season with salt.

The basis of the first pizza we grease with olive oil, then tomato sauce or puree and spread the egg-cheese filling. All seasoned with spices: black pepper and oregano.

Pizza send in a well-heated oven and bake at medium heat until tender and golden brown.
