Cheese Pancakes

The secret of the perfect cheese pancakes, that would be tasty and beautiful.


• 300 grams or 0,66 pounds of cottage cheese,
• 30 grams or 1 oz of sugar,
• 35 grams or 1,2 oz of flour,
(you can add a drop of vanilla extract).


1. Grind cottage cheese with sugar using a blender, add flour and mix.
2. Make cheese pancakes and fry with a little amount of oil over medium heat from two sides.

NOTE: For children, you can put a piece of chocolate inside the cheese pancake during the formation. It will be cheesecake with a surprise.
