Cheese Pancakes with Dill

These pancakes with cheese and greens are very delicate and delicious. They can be eaten just like that, without adding any toppings.


● Eggs 2 pcs.,
● Milk 500 ml.,
● Flour 2 cups,
● Sugar 1 teaspoon,
● A pinch of salt,
● Baking powder 1/2 tsp.,
● Fresh fennel small bunch,
● Hard cheese 150g.,
● Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.


1. Eggs lightly beat up with sugar and salt.

2. Pour in the milk, add the flour mixed with the baking powder and beat with a mixer, so that there are no lumps.

3. Add finely chopped dill and finely grated cheese.

4. Pour in the vegetable oil and mix with whisk. If the dough turns out too thick, you can dilute it with warm boiled water or milk.

5. Fry the pancakes on a greased frying pan. Serve them hot.
