Chebureks on the brewed dough

This recipe for chebureks, cooked on a brewed dough, has been tested for years. The dough turns out amazing, it is better not to find.


For the dough:

● 3.5 cups of flour,
● 1/2 tsp. salts,
● 1 cup of boiling water,
● 100g. of butter,
● 1 egg.

For the filling:

● 500g. of Pulp of Pork,
● 4-6 onions,
● salt, pepper — to taste,
● sunflower oil for frying.


1. In a bowl, mix the sifted flour and salt, pour in a cup of boiling water and quickly mix with a fork.
2. Melted butter slightly beaten with egg and immediately added to flour.
3. We mix a very soft and tender dough, cover it with a napkin and begin to prepare the filling.
4. Pork meat and peeled onions are let through a meat grinder, add salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. The filling for the chebureks is ready.
5. We cut off small pieces from the dough and very thinly roll them out.
6. For one half of the dough lay the meat filling, cover with the second half of the dough. Carefully fix the edges of the cheburek.
7. In a frying pan with heated sunflower oil, spread the chebureks and fry from both sides until golden brown.
