For the Cream:

● Sour cream of any fat content is 200g.,
● Sugar or powdered sugar — 2 tbsp.

In addition:

● Apples — 3 pcs.,
● Cinnamon — to taste,
● Ground crusts — 2 tbsp.,
● Cocoa powder for decoration.


1. Eggs beat up with sugar in a very lush mass (about 10 minutes).
2. Sift the flour mixed with the baking powder.
3. Beat at low speed.
4. Peel apples, cut into cubes. Put on the bottom of the mold (if not silicone — lubricate), sprinkle with cinnamon and breadcrumbs.
