Cauliflower Baked with Cheese

Delicate cauliflower baked with cheese in the oven. This is a simple and quick cooking recipe for such a healthy vegetable at home.

Ingredients (for 3-4 servings):

• Cauliflower — 500 grams,
• Grated cheese (preferably not fatty as Mozzarella) — 100 grams,
• Sour cream 10% — 80 grams,
• Breadcrumbs — 40 grams,
• Salt, black ground pepper to taste,
• Dried garlic — 1/2 tsp.,
• Fresh herbs — a few twigs.


1. Water slightly salt and bring to a boil. Inflorescences of cauliflower boil or simmer until soft for about 5-7 minutes. Then we throw it back to the colander. When the excess liquid drains, stir the cabbage with sour cream, garlic and ground black pepper.

2. Put everything on the baking tray, sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs.

3. Put in the preheated 180°C oven for 15 minutes before a crust is formed. Sprinkle with greens before serving.
