►Ingredients:
● Medium cucumbers 3-4 pieces.
● Grated clove of garlic 1-2 pieces.
● 1 tablespoon lemon juice,
● Chopped mint leaves 1 tbsp.
● Greek yogurt 500 ml.
● Salt

● Potatoes — 500g.,
● Water — 2.5-3 liters,
● Cream cheese (processed) — 150g.,
● Cream (20% fat) — 200ml.,
● Salt — to taste.

● 300gr. white mushrooms,
● 1 medium onions,
● 1 medium carrot,
● 1/2 (125ml) glass of 10% cream,
● Salt,
● Ground black pepper,
● Fresh greens.

● Broth 2 chicken legs (1-1.5 L),
● Sausages 5-7 units,
● A pair of small onion and a couple cloves of garlic,
● Tomatoes in own juice,
● Bank of beans — white or red (white is better — it is softer and more neutral),
● Basil,
● Parmesan,
● Pasta (any, but I’m beautiful «stars»),
● Olive oil.
