Caramelised mandarins.


These mandarins well keep their shape, so it is quite suitable for Christmas tree ornaments.


● Sugar — 600g.,
● Water — 300ml.,
● Mandarins — 10 pcs.


Tangerines need small, dense, sour and pitted.

Tangerines carefully cleaned, so that they retain the shape. Mix sugar and water, dipped in syrup tangerine and cook over low heat for about 40 minutes. Lay out tangerines on a sieve to the stack syrup and leave for half an hour.

Baking tray lay a parchment paper, lay out tangerines, so that the opening between the segments was in the middle. Dry them in the oven at 120 degrees for about 30 minutes.
