Caramel Cheesecake

How to cook quickly and easily cottage cheesecake with caramel at home.


• Cookies 150 grams or 0,33(lb),
• Cocoa 20 grams or 0,04(lb),
• Butter 60 grams or 0,13(lb),
• Brown sugar 125 grams or 0,27(lb),
• Cottage cheese 1.2 kg or 2,20(lb),
• Egg 6 pcs.,
• Sugar 240 grams or 0,52(lb),
• Wheat flour 20 grams or 0,04(lb),
• Sour cream 200 grams or 0,44(lb),
• Vanilla sugar 40 grams or 0,08(lb),
• Cream 80 ml or 0,33 cup,
• Orange zest 20 grams or 0,04(lb).


1. Mix in a blender cookies, cocoa, 40 grams of butter and 25 grams of brown sugar. The resulting mass lay out the walls of the baking dish, and put the baking dish in the refrigerator.
2. Blend orange zest, cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, white sugar, flour, vanilla sugar in a blender. Pour the mixture into the form. Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
3. In a coffee pot, melt 20 grams of butter, and dissolve 100 grams of brown sugar in it, then add cream. Pour the caramel over the cooled cheesecake.
