Cake «Turtle»



● 6 eggs protein,
● 6 eggs yolks,
● 1 cup sugar,
● 2 cups flour,
● 1 tsp. baking soda or baking powder.


● 750 grams of sour cream,
● 1 cup of sugar.


Protein shake up to 1 cup of sugar. Beat yolks with 1 cup of sugar.
Connect with whites and yolks. Carefully insert the sifted flour with baking powder. Bake on a baking patty, laying out the dough with a spoon, less than a tablespoon at a time (dessert spoon). The temperature of 180 degrees.

Whisk to mix the sour cream and sugar to cream. I would not advise you all to add a cup of sugar — to my taste too sweet, I add less, but here everything is personal preference. Beat is not required, simply stir until sugar is dissolved. Next patty dipped in cream, spread layers in the dish. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Of course it is possible and in a pure form cake collected. But tastier to add something fresh, sour, such as apples into thin slices between cakes or slices of apples, plus walnuts or apples, nuts and cranberries.
