Cake "Mole Burrow"

Easy to prepare, very tasty and very beautiful cake. On the cut looks like an expensive confectionery!


For the test:

● Condensed milk — 0.5 jars
● Sugar — 1 glass
● Baking powder — 1 sachet (you can extinguish 1 teaspoon of baking soda instead of baking powder)
● Eggs — 2 pcs.
● Cocoa — 4-5 tablespoons.
● Sour cream — 1 glass
● Flour — 1,5 cups

For cream:

● Cream (33-35% fat content) — 500 ml
● Sugar powder — to taste
● Bananas — 3 pieces.


1. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and cocoa.

2. Add the condensed milk, eggs and sour cream to the mixture. We knead the dough well and bake the cake from it in a round, oiled form. The temperature in the oven should be 180 degrees.

3. Let the cake cool down. Then, using a spoon, we scrape the middle out of the cake, making a «plate» with the sides of the dough.

4. We put in our «plate» cleared bananas. They can lie tightly to each other with a slide, or, if bananas are small, separate from each other in the same plane.

5. Whip cream with sugar powder and spread on bananas with a large cap. Spaces between bananas should be filled. If you are not sure whether the cream will not fall down — use a special stabilizer for cream.

6. Sprinkle the cream cap with the crumb from the part of the cake, which was separated at the beginning. The cake can be served immediately, but it is better to let it stand in the fridge for 1 hour.
