Cake «Ginger»




● 100g margarine,
● 2 eggs,
● 1 cup of sugar,
● 2 tablespoons honey,
● 1 teaspoon baking soda with a slide,
● 2 cups of flour.


Beat 200g soft butter, 1 can of condensed milk.


Connect margarine, eggs, sugar and honey in a high saucepan, bring to a boil (do not boil!) And add soda. Weight increase in volume. Cook until desired color (from light to dark brown like mine), stirring constantly to avoid burnt !!!

Remove, add the flour and knead the dough. Cover and let stand for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 5-7 pieces, roll cakes, flour prisypaya.
Bake cakes such thin 4-5 minutes at 180 ° C, an oil-lubricated.
Fluff cream cakes and cold.
