Pie for breakfast with summer berries


This pie — a great start to the day. It is made from yeast dough with muesli, honey and fresh summer berries.


● Muesli — 1 cup
● Liquid honey — 2 tbsp
● Flour — 1 cup
● Dry yeast — 8 g
● Sugar — 2 tbsp
● Sliced cold butter — 30 g
● Strawberry jam — 1/2 cup
● Thinly sliced strawberries — 150 g
● Blueberries — 100 g
● Raspberry — 50g
● Powdered sugar — feed
● Greek yogurt — for filing


Mix muesli and honey. Preheat oven to 220 ° C. Sift the flour into a bowl. Add yeast, sugar and oil. Rub with your fingers until the mixture begins to resemble breadcrumbs. Add 1/2 cup of warm water, knead the dough, adding a little more water if necessary.

Put the dough on a lightly floured surface. Knead for 8 minutes or until the elasticity. Send in a greased bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Put into heat for 25-30 minutes until the dough increases in volume by half.

Lightly grease a large baking sheet. Put the dough on a floured surface. Roll out into a formation 20 x 30 cm 2 cm thick. Put on a baking sheet. Spread the jam and sprinkle with berries and muesli.

Bake for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with yogurt.
