Buttermilk Pancakes Recipe

Buttermilk Pancakes Recipe

The recipe for pancakes on Buttermilk, which are obtained even from those who do not get them never.

● Half a liter of Buttermilk or curdled milk,
● A cup of milk,
● 1 egg,
● 1-2 tablespoons of sugar,
● Half a teaspoon of salt,
● Teaspoon of baking soda,
● Flour,
● Vegetable oil.

In the pot, pour pre-warmed to warm, but not hot state Buttermilk (or heated in a saucepan). Then spread sugar, flour, salt, soda, egg and mix thoroughly. Put flour so much that the dough turns out like a thick sour cream.

1 cup of milk is brought to a boil and poured into a saucepan with a trickle, stirring. (Yes, pour boiling milk! Just brew the dough). Then we pour in 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil, stir thoroughly and that’s it!

The dough for baking pancakes is ready. I love pancakes with holes, and according to this recipe holes on pancakes as many as the stars in the sky! Pancakes are sweet, juicy, tasty and they always turn out!

And according to ancient recipes, dough for pancakes was always brewed with a cup of boiling milk. You can use boiling water, but the pancakes will not be the same.

Bon Appetit!!!
