● Chicken wings — 2 kg or 4,40(lb),
● Buttermilk — 0,5 l or 1,10(lb),
● Salt to taste,
● Spices for chicken,
● Greenery,
● Onion.


1. Mix buttermilk with salt and spices for chicken.
2. Cut the onions into rings and leave the whole greens to remove from the marinade.
3. Wings are well washed, put into a deep bowl. Add onions, greens and pour buttermilk with spices. Leave for 3-4 hours to marinate.
4. When the coal is ready, string the meat on the skewers and fry.
5. Readiness is determined by color and juice. If the meat juice is transparent, the wings are ready.
