«Butterfly luck» Easter baking for children’s

● Flour — 500g
● Yeast — 20g
● Eggs — 2 pcs.
● Butter — 100g
● Sugar — 50g
● Milk — 150ml
● Salt, Vanilla


1. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar. Mix the flour, salt, beaten eggs with the sugar. Add yeast dissolved in milk. Mix well. Then add the melted butter, vanilla and knead the dough thoroughly. Put in a warm place for 40 minutes.

2. Divide the dough into 5 parts, and then each additional three. Make braids 5: 1 are thicker. On a baking sheet, greased, laid out a butterfly, as in the photo. Leave for 40 minutes. Smear protein. Baking.
