Buttercream for a Cake

How to prepare an buttercream — a simple recipe for a terrific addition to baking!


● 250g. of softened butter,
● 300g. of powdered sugar,
● 3-4 drops of vanilla essence,
● 3 tbsp. milk,
● 1/4 tsp. salt.


1. Slightly melted butter beat the mixer at medium speed for 8 minutes.

2. Sift through a fine strainer sugar powder.

3. Do not stop whipping butter, add sugar powder. Do this gradually, slowly pouring on 1 tablespoon.

4. Then add the vanilla essence, salt and milk. Continue to beat the cream for 5 minutes at high speed.
