Bulk Pie Dough Recipe

The best dough for bulk pies just does not happen!

● 2 eggs
● 0.5 tsp. salt
● 1 cup of flour
● 1 cup kefir
● 1 teaspoon of soda

● 300g stuffing
● 2-3 onions, cut into cubes
● Salt, pepper — to taste


1. Kefir mix with soda and leave for 5 minutes.
2. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
3. Lubricate the form with oil, sprinkle with flour and pour out half the dough.
4. We spread the prepared stuffing (forcemeat crude) and pour on it the second half of the dough.
5. Put in a heated oven and bake for 40 minutes at 170C. The filling can be made any.
