Bruschetta with tomatoes and feta cheese


Spicy taste bruschetta with feta cheese, tomatoes, basil and garlic will not leave anyone indifferent. It’s a terrific appetizer for parties.


● 1/4 cup melted butter
● Olive oil 1/4 cup
● Baguette slices 2 cm thick 10 pcs.
● crumbled feta cheese 115 g
● 2-3 cloves of minced garlic
● Chopped fresh basil or parsley 1 tbsp
● Large tomato, diced 1 pc.


1. In a small bowl, mix the butter and olive oil and coat both sides of the bread.

2. Put the bread on a baking sheet and bake at 175 ° C for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned bread.

3. Stir in feta cheese, garlic and basil and sprinkle with croutons. Top with tomatoes.
