Biscuit Roll for 20 Minutes

Biscuit Roll for 20 Minutes

The most delicious biscuit roll for tea or coffee, the preparation of which will take only 20 minutes.

For the dough:

● 3 eggs,
● 5 tablespoons of sugar,
● A pinch of salt,
● Baking soda — 0,5 tsp.,
● 5 tablespoons of milk powder or cream,
● 5 tablespoons of flour.

For cream:

● 1 can of boiled condensed milk,
● 1-2 bananas

1. Eggs beat up, add sugar and salt, once again thoroughly beat. Add milk powder, flour and baking soda to the resulting egg mass. The dough turns out in consistency like pancakes, well, maybe a little thicker.
2. Pour the resulting dough on a sheet, covered with baking paper, with a thin layer and slightly level the edges.
3. Bake in a preheated 180°C or 356°F degree oven for 5-7 minutes. On a hot cake smear a thin layer of boiled condensed milk, put a peeled banana and quickly roll into a roll. Top sprinkle with grated chocolate, coconut shavings, sugar powder, crushed nuts — anyone that likes.

Bon Appetit!!!
