Beef & Bread Bullets Recipe

• Boiled beef 400 grams or 0,88(lb),
• Onion 1 pc.,
• Garlic 1 clove,
• Parsley 1 bunch,
• Egg 1 pc.,
• Black dried bread 100 grams or 0,22(lb),
• Pancake flour 10 grams or or 0,02(lb),
• Vegetable oil 10 ml or 2 tsp.,
• Dried tomato paste 1 ml. or 0,20 tsp,
• Spicy Herb Mix 1 grams or 1/5 tsp.,
• Salt 1 grams or 1/5 tsp.,
• Ground black pepper 1 grams or 1/5 tsp.


1. Grind meat with a blender or meat grinder.
2. Mix with finely chopped onion, garlic, parsley, black dried bread, soaked in milk, and egg.
3. Form small meatballs, then roll them down in flour. Shake to remove excess flour.
4. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan. Fry the meatballs from all sides.
5. Add pureed tomatoes, salt, pepper, spicy herbs.
6. Cover with a lid and simmer for 5–10 minutes on low heat.
