Banana Pie

Pie with chocolate butter, vermouth and bananas.


• Vermouth 10 ml.,
• Fresh puff pastry 500g.,
• Cinnamon 1 tsp.,
• Vanilla sugar 2 tsp.,
• Chocolate butter 40g.,
• Sugar 200g.,
• Bananas 4 pcs.


Melt the chocolate butter, add vermouth. Roll out the dough on the flour-padded surface and lay it on a baking sheet covered with parchment and grease with melted chocolate oil.

Mix sugar with cinnamon. Cut the bananas and put them on top. Put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the remaining sugar with vanilla sugar and cinnamon. After 15 minutes, sprinkle the pie with the prepared mixture and send another 15 minutes into the oven.
