Banana Bread Healthy

A simple and pleasant recipe that helps to consume excess bananas, and at the same time make delicious bread for tea or coffee.

Ingredients:

● 12 ounces flour
● 1 teaspoon baking soda
● 1/2 tspn salt
Sifted together.

Cream :
● 3/4 cup butter
● 8 ounces light brown sugar

Add
● 2 whole eggs — beat
● 1-1/2 tspn vanilla — beat
● 3 very ripe bananas — beat

Directions:

1. Add: dry ingredients — mix with wooden spoon.
2. Bake In buttered loaf pan.
3. Bake 375° F 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
