Baked Zucchini with Cheese

Very simple and delicious dish, it cooks very quickly.

Recipe Baked zucchini with cheese


● Zucchini — 400 grams or 0,88 pounds,
● Cheese — 50 grams or 0,11 pounds,
● Provencal herbs,
● Garlic — 1 clove,
● Olive oil — 2 tablespoons,
● Salt to taste.


1. Peel the zucchini and cut into slices. Sprinkle with salt.
2. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, squeeze the garlic through a press and mix everything with Provencal herbs.
3. Put slices of zucchini on a greased baking sheet.
4. Sprinkle lightly olive oil on top and sprinkle a mixture of cheese and herbs.
5. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at a temperature of 180°C or 356°F degrees.
