Baked salmon in Thai.


Salmon is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids omega-3. They are helpful and strengthens the heart and blood vessels.


● Salmon fillet 1 kg.,
● Salt to taste,
● Thai chili sauce 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons.,
● Chopped green onions 2-3 tbsp.,
● Olive oil to taste.


1. In a large baking dish Put the salmon. Season with salt and pour over each fillet with 1 tablespoon of sauce.

2. Cover and leave to marinate at least 2 hours.

3. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

4. Cover the baking paper for baking and sprinkle with a little oil. Top with marinated fish.

5. Bake for 8 minutes.

6. Remove the fish from the oven and drizzle with sauce.

7. Send salmon in the oven for another 5 minutes.

8. Serve sprinkled with chopped green onions.
