Baked Potatoes With Mushrooms

Delicious baked potatoes with mushrooms will decorate any dinner!

Ingredients:

• Potato (boil in advance) — 4 pcs.,
• Mushrooms — 200 grams or 0,44 lb,
• Onion — 2 pcs.,
• Mayonnaise -2 tablespoons,
• Cheese — 100 gpams or 0,22 lb.

Directions:

1. Cut the potato down into 2 halves, make small indentations.
2. Fry mushrooms with onions, mayonnaise, spices.
3. Put the stuffing in the potatoes, then sprinkle it completely with the grated cheese.
4. Bake at 170 °C or 338 °F degrees for 15 minutes.
