Baked Potatoes with Garlic and Greens

To make this appetizing potato garnish you can use any greens: parsley, dill or green onions.


● Potatoes — 1 kg.,
● Garlic — 3 cloves,
● Salt to taste,
● Ground pepper to taste,
● Olive oil — 50 ml.,
● Chopped herbs — 2-3 tbsp.

Cooking time: 40 minutes | 4 servings


1. Peel the potatoes and cut into large slices. Chop the peeled garlic.

2. Mix in the form of parchment paper, potatoes, garlic, spices and olive oil.

3. Bake the potatoes at a temperature of 220 degrees until cooked, stirring occasionally.

4. When serving, sprinkle the baked potatoes with chopped greens.
