Baked Potatoes in Garlic Butter

Baked potatoes in garlic butter — tasty and such a simple dish in cooking, which you can treat not only the whole family, but also invited guests. Just imagine, an unforgettable warm fragrance from the oven, which so beckons its variety.

Ingredients for 5 potatoes:

● Butter — 100g. or 0.22046 Pound (lb) or 3.5274 Ounce (oz),
● Garlic — 4 cloves,
● Parsley — 3 tbsp.,
● Sour cream — 1 tbsp.,
● Cheese of hard varieties — 5 tbsp.,
● Salt, pepper to taste.


1. Put the butter in a bowl.

2. Peel and crush garlic. Parsley finely chop, grate cheese on a fine grater. All combine, add sour cream, salt, pepper, stir well.

3. Cut in half along the peeled potatoes, lay them on a lightly oiled baking tray and grease with garlic butter. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees.
