Baked Pasta with Ham

Tired of ordinary pasta? Try to cook the baked pasta with ham.


• 400 grams or 0,88(lb) of pasta,
• Salt to taste,
• 250 grams or 0,55(lb) of boiled ham (sausage),
• 2 tbsp. of breadcrumbs,
• 2 eggs,
• 100 grams or 0,22(lb) of butter,
• 200 grams or 0,44(lb) of sour cream,
• Black pepper to taste
• Nutmeg,
• Half a bunch of green onions (if available).


1. Boil the pasta in salted water until cooked.
2. Throw the pasta in a colander and rinse.
3. Grease the baking sheet with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
4. In the preheated butter, add eggs, sour cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg.
5. Stir the dressing until smooth.
6. Cut the ham (sausage) into cubes.
7. Stir with the pasta.
8. Put the pasta with ham into a baking sheet and pour it with sour-egg dressing.
9. Put the baking dish in a preheated oven to 200°C or 392°F degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
10. Ready baked pasta with ham can be sprinkled on top with sliced green onions.
