Baked Fish with Tomatoes and Cheese

A quick and easy recipe for fish fillet baked with tomatoes and cheese.


• Fillet of not oily fish — 600-700 grams or 1.3-1.5 pounds (lbs)
• Tomato 1 pc.,
• Sour cream 3-4 tbsp.,
• Garlic 3-4 cloves,
• Fresh herbs to taste,
• Salt, pepper,
• Hard cheese 50-70 grams or 0.1-0.5 pounds (lbs).


1. Cut the fish into small pieces, salt and pepper.
2. Put the fish in a baking dish. Sprinkle with chopped garlic.
3. Top grease with sour cream. Thinly chop the tomato into half rings, lay out with the next layer.
4. Salt. Finely chop the greens, grate the cheese.
5. Mix cheese with herbs and sprinkle on top. This is the final layer.
6. Bake in the oven at 200°C or 392°F degrees for about 30 minutes.
