Baked Egg Nests

Baked Egg Nests

Usually the cooking of eggs is limited to boiling or frying, but not in the case of the recipe found in the notebook of Claude Monet. The French artist impressionist literally fell in love with a delicate protein souffle with a sticky egg yolk in the middle.

• Eggs 3 pcs.,
• Black ground pepper to taste,
• Salt to taste.

1. Gently break the eggs and separate the yolks from the proteins. For convenience, leave the yolks in the shells.

2. Add in the egg proteins salt and whisk until stable peaks are formed. You should get a thick foam, and for this it is best to use a mixer.

3. Put a spoonful of three protein slides, in the center of each of which put on the egg yolk. Season with black pepper and send to the microwave for 2 minutes and 20 seconds at a power of 600 watts.

Bon Appetit!!!
