Baked Chicken Fillet in Cream with Vegetables

Chicken casserole with petioles of celery and cheese will be an excellent option for a family dinner.

Cooking time: 40 minutes | 4 servings


● Chicken fillet — 500g.,
● Cream 20% — 200 ml.,
● Eggs — 2 pcs.,
● Onion — 1 pc.,
● Sweet pepper — 2 pcs.,
● Stalks of celery — 2 pcs.,
● Potatoes — 1 pc.,
● Parmesan cheese,
● Salt,
● Pepper,
● Vegetable oil,
● Seasoning for chicken.


1. Chicken fillet cut into slices. Add salt and season with spices for chicken.

2. Fry the chicken until cooked, making sure that it does not become too dry.

3. Peel potatoes and cut into very thin slices.

4. Chop the onion and stalks of celery into cubes, chop the peppers into thin semicircles.

5. Fry vegetables until soft, add chicken fillet and mix.

6. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil, lay the chicken with vegetables, lay the potatoes on top.

7. Beat the egg with cream, add salt and pepper to taste. Add grated parmesan cheese.

8. Pour egg-cream mixture of chicken and vegetables.

9. Bake until golden in a preheated oven.
