Baileys liqueur



● 0.5 liters — vodka.
● Condensed milk — 1 jar
● 4 egg yolks
● Instant coffee — 1 tbsp.
● Vanilla Sugar — 2 tbsp.
● Cream 0,4l. 20%


Yolks separate from whites.
Add instant coffee, beat.
Add the cream, beat.
Add vodka, beat.
Add all ingredients and beat a well.
Give the finished liqueur «Baileys» insist 1 hour in a warm place, and then store it in the refrigerator.
