Autumn soup "Warming diet"

• Fish fillet 300g.,
• Millet 50g.,
• Potatoes 2 pcs.,
• Carrot 1 pc.,
• Onions 1 pc.,
• Butter 2 tbsp.,
• Green peas (frozen) 50g.,
• Water 2 l.,
• Salt to taste,
• Pepper to taste,
• Greens to taste.


Potatoes are washed and peeled, cut into pieces.

Carrots are peeled and rubbed on a large grater.

Onions are peeled from the husk and finely chopped.

Millet is washed and poured into boiling water. We cook for 5 minutes.

Add the crushed potatoes, onions and carrots to the water. We cook for 10-15 minutes.

Then add the sliced fish fillets and frozen green peas to the soup.

We cook for 10 minutes.

Add to the soup butter, salt, pepper to taste. Mix and turn off the fire.

Ready soup spilled on plates, sprinkled with chopped herbs.

We eat light dietary soup with great pleasure.
