Aromatic Lemon Pie

Loose dough and citrus filling this pie will lift your spirits on a cloudy autumn day.


For the dough:

Flour 300g.,
Sugar 100g.,
Sour cream 200g.,
Butter 200g.,
Baking powder 2 tsp.

For the filling:

Lemon 1 pc.,
Sugar 200g.,
Cornstarch 2 tbsp.


1. Add sugars and baking powder to the sifted flour.

2. Cut the cold butter into cubes and mix with flour.

3. Add the sour cream and knead the dough. If the dough clinging to your hands, add a little more flour.

4. Wash lemon, cut into pieces and grind in a blender along with sugar and starch.

5. From the dough to separate the third. The larger half is distributed over the oiled form, forming the skirts.

6. Put the filling on the dough. Cover the other half with a dough, patching the edges.

7. Make punctures with a fork and bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C.

8. When the pie has cooled down, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
