Apricot candy.


Holiday candy that you can make and give to friends and relatives.


● White chocolate — 180g.,
● Fatty cream — 30ml.,
● Vanilla sugar — 1 sachet
● Butter — 30g.,
● Dried apricots — 400g.,
● Dark chocolate — 30g.


1. White chocolate chop. Cream bring to a boil in a saucepan, add the chocolate, butter and vanilla and cook until the mixture is smooth. Leave to cool for 4 h.

2. Then beat with a mixer in a lush mass, put in a pastry bag and cut off the corner. Apricots incision in the side, open a book and fill the chocolate mass. Put in the fridge to harden for 10 minutes.

3. Dark chocolate is melted, put in a bag and cut off the corner. Paint stripes on our candy. Give the chocolate to harden.
