Apple pie


Sweet summer pie with apple filling and pouring from sour cream.


For the dough:

● 150g flour
● Sour cream 75g
● Butter 85g
● Pinch of salt

For filling:

● 175 g cream
● Sugar 150g
● Egg yolks 2 pcs.
● 2 tablespoons flour
● Apples 2 pcs.
● Pinch of cinnamon


60 min 8 servings

1. Sift flour with salt. Add melted butter and sour cream, knead the dough.

2. Form for baking a diameter of 23-24 cm grease, spread the dough.

3. Peel and cut apples into thin slices. Mix the cinnamon and put on the foundation.

4. Mix sour cream, sugar, flour and egg yolks. Fill it with a mixture of apples.

5. Bake in preheated 180 degree oven for about 45 minutes. Give a little bit cool.
