Apple pie with nuts and cocoa



● Eggs 4 pcs.,
● 1 cup sugar,
● Soft butter 1/2 cup,

● 1/2 cup vegetable oil,
● 2 cups flour,
● 2 tsp baking powder,
● Grated or chopped apples 2 cups,
● Cocoa powder 2 tbsp.,
● Crushed nuts, 2 tablespoons,
● Vanilla sugar to taste,
● Apple jam to taste,
● Sugar powder to taste,
● Cinnamon to taste.


1. Grind the eggs with the sugar until white, add both types of oil, sifted flour, baking powder, chopped peeled apples, cocoa, nuts and vanilla. Mix.

2. Form for baking grease and flour, add the dough. Bake at 180 C for about an hour.

3. Ready to put the cake on a plate and cool. The top and sides are greased with a thin layer of jam, sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon.
