Apple Marmalade in the Oven

Marmalade is one of the most useful desserts. Learn how to cook it at home.


● Apples 2 kg.
● Sugar 0.5 kg.
● Cinnamon stick


1. Peel the apples. Fill with water and leave to boil for about 30 minutes.

2. Pulp the apples from the seeds, cut into cubes.

3. Fill with water and cook for about 30 minutes until soft.

4. Merge the water and pour it with a blender.

5. Add water from peeling, sugar, cinnamon and put on fire for about 40 minutes.

6. When the mixture thickens, pour it into a baking sheet covered with parchment and put in the oven, heated to 70 degrees.

7. Bake for about 3 hours until the jujube is dried.

8. Leave for a day in a dark dry place for final hardening.
