Almond Chocolate Chips

Chocolate chips are very fast to cook … really, they are eaten even faster))) You can use it to decorate a dessert, with coffee or sauce … in general, whatever you want!


• Egg — 1pc + 1 protein (large),
• Sugar — 100 grams or 0,22 pounds,
• Cocoa powder — 2 tbsp.,
• Flour — 2-3 tbsp.,
• Salt a pinch,
• Almond flakes — 60 grams or 0,13 pounds,
• Butter — 2 tbsp. (room temperature).


1. Dry almond flakes in the oven at 170ºC (338ºF) degrees for 5-7 minutes.
2. Mix flour, salt and cocoa powder together.
3. Mix egg, protein and sugar. Add flour mixture, soft butter and mix thoroughly.
4. Grease a baking sheet with a thin layer of butter.
5. Pour the dough using a tablespoon in small portions at a distance from each other (so as not to merge), sprinkle with almond flakes.
6. Bake at 170ºC (338ºF) degrees for 8 minutes. Quickly remove the ready-made chips and put them on a rolling pin. When cool can be removed.
7. Well, now you can treat your guests!
