Yeast Patties with Apples

Delicious homemade patties made of yeast dough with apple filling. Before serving, they can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.


● Flour 650g.,
● Sugar 50g.,
● Vanilla sugar 10g.,
● Butter 75g.,
● Eggs 2 pcs.,
● Dry yeast 2 tsp.,
● Milk 175 ml.,
● Salt,
● Apples 300g.,
● Sugar 50g.,
● Vegetable oil and milk for lubrication.


1. Mix 50 ml of warm milk, half of sugar and yeast. Allow to stand in the heat for 10-15 minutes so that foam appears.

2. Add the remaining sugar, eggs, salt and sifted flour. Stir, pour the melted butter and knead the dough. Cover with a towel and let it come in a warm place for 2-3 hours, several times dampening the dough.

3. Peeled apples cut into slices, mix with sugar.

4. Divide the dough into small pieces, roll it into flat cakes on flour-padded surface. Lay out the top of the filling and patch the edges.

5. Put the patties on a greased pan, grease with milk.

6. Bake in preheated to 180 C oven for 20 minutes.
