Vegetarian sandwich with fresh vegetables


If you like to eat sandwiches for breakfast, prepare healthy vegetarian sandwich of rye bread with beetroot dip and vegetables.


● Black toast bread,
● Beetroot sauce,
● Fresh cucumber, thinly sliced,
● Fresh tomato, thinly sliced,
● Carrots, cut into cubes,
● Greenery.


1. A piece of bread lubricate beetroot sauce.

2. From above put the cucumbers, tomatoes, greens and carrots.

3. Cover with second slice of bread and fasten skewers.

4. Serve immediately after cooking.
