Ingredients:

● 1 cup — flour,
● 1 cup — tomato juice,
● 1 cup — milk,
● Eggs — 2 pcs.,
● Sugar — 1 tbsp.,
● Salt — 1/2 tbsp.,
● For greasing the pan vegetable oil,
● Green onions if desired.

Directions:

Milk mix with tomato juice and add sugar and salt. Good beat with whisk.
Gradually introduce the flour and stir.
Separately, beat the eggs. Add them to the mixture and stir to obtain homogeneous mass.
Good warm frying pan, grease with vegetable oil (before the first pancake) and begin to fry.
Fry pancakes on both sides.
It is enough to simply apply with sour — the taste of pancakes is amazing.
You can fill the stuffing and roll up in a tubule.
