Tender Pork with Stewed Vegetables, Mushrooms and Spices

Delicious and tender pork with stewed vegetables, mushrooms and spices, cooked simply and tasty.

Ingredients:

• Wheat flour — 2 tbsp.,
• Soy sauce — to taste,
• Ground Clove — Pinch,
• Broccoli cabbage — 2 pieces,
• Carrots — 1 piece,
• Oregano — Pinch,
• Pork — 1 kg or 2,20(lb),
• Green onion with bulb — 1 piece,
• Curly Parsley — to taste,
• Frozen forest mushrooms — 200 grams or 0,44(lb).

Directions:

1. Cut the pork into small pieces and fry in the pan without oil for 10-15 minutes.
2. Add thawed mushrooms to the pork and simmer for 5–7 minutes.
3. While everything is stewing, cut the carrot into cubes and divide into small pieces of broccoli.
4. Add vegetables to the pork and continue to simmer.
5. Pour boiled water into the pan and drop a few drops of soy sauce.
6. Salt to taste and leave to boil.
7. Add 2 tablespoons of flour, oregano, cloves and finely chopped greens, mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
8. Turn off the heat and let it brew to make the spices seasoned with vegetables.
